Deported 3 times, he's finally in jail for selling $400,000 worth of meth

Some stories get national attention, some do not. Let's see if we can shed a little light on this Miami Herald story, "After being deported 3 times in 3 months, he came back with $400,000 of meth for sale."

The headline pretty much tells the story.

The thrice-deported Saul Bustos Bustos, 38, and his accomplice, Irepan Salgado, 24, sold $400,000 worth of meth to an undercover cop.

"In January, Bustos and Salgado each pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of a substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine. Not only is Bustos looking at a longer prison sentence because he has another charge — illegal reentry after removal — but he’s proven resistant to deportation. Court documents say he admits to bouncing back into the United States after deportations on April 13, July 6 and July 19 of last year," the Miami Herald reported.

Bustos is a walking advertisement for a wall. The ability to border jump really does bring crime and drugs to America.

Which is why this story is not high on the Fake News media's list of news stories today.

From Leslie Eastman's review at Legal Insurrection:
Surber, a recovering journalist with over 30 years of experience, has been cataloging the #FakeNews that has been regularly offered as serious analysis of President Donald Trump’s actions, policies, and opinions. He has brought his enormous collection together in the longest, most serious book he has yet written: Fake News Follies 2017.
"Fake News Follies of 2017" is available on Kindle and in paperback.

Autographed copies are available. Email me at DonSurber@GMail.com for details. I am including a "director's cut." I'll email you back the original Chapter 1 that I cut because while the chapter was amusing, it really had nothing to do with the "Fake News Follies of 2017."

Ben Garrison did the cover and I am so happy with it. I told him what the book was about, sent him a copy of the manuscript, and he came up with a perfect cover. I am so pleased.

  1. Bustos Bustos? Is that like Boutros Boutros? 30 days in the hole followed by a 10 year minimum sentence. You wanna get tough Bustos? Take a s-s-sucka that.

  2. I think we should castrate them after the third deportation. If they are a mule, castrate them the first time. If they are a coyote, string them up and let them rot on the border fence.

  3. As an illegal alien they should not receive protections provided by the U.S. Constitution to U.S. citizens. If they are caught committing a felony they should be executed. Less than a felony is immediate deportation with the stipulation that if they are caught in the U.S. illegally a second time it will be considered a felony and they will be executed. To stop illegal aliens we must be tough. Simply deporting them is not going to deter them. - Elric

    1. Ah ! Yes ! "Pour encourager les autres." String 'im up, literally, as punishment for his crime, and as a warning to others.

It's time to make it clear that these criminals forfeit any claim to rights under OUR constitution, or to any right to life itself, in our country.

If they don't like it, they may stay out.

  5. Any illegal who has been deported ONCE, and comes back into the country, should be jailed for 20 years before a second deportation.

    1. Do you know how much it costs to keep an illegal alien in jail for 20 years? Which is, for them, probably a much easier life than where they came from. Will you give them 20 years to accumulate criminal knowledge and tactics to use upon eventual release? Nope. If they are deported once and come back they don't get any more chances or breaks. Dead. - Elric
